親愛的朋友們，我們希望藉此機會與您分享本餐廳的規定確保您能擁有完整的用餐體驗。在您訂位之前，請先詳細閱讀以下資訊，謝謝您！

【訂位須知】

• MUME僅提供30天內之線上訂位，恕不接受透過：電話 / email / Facebook / Instagram留言或私訊訂位。
• 一樓座位區僅接待6位含以下訂位，包廂僅接待7-12位訂位。
• 訂位人數超過13人含以上之大型訂位 / 包場活動，請透過email或電話詢問。
• 訂位時需留下信用卡資料作為擔保，此階段您將不會被收取任何費用。 (請留意訂位系統不接受JCB卡別)

用餐須知

• MUME僅提供季節性套餐$3,980，無單點項目，酒水與服務費另計。
• 請保留2.5小時的用餐時間確保能夠擁有完整個用餐體驗。若後續有行程安排，請提前告知。
• 菜單內容均視新鮮及季節性食材而定，恕無法提前提供詳細菜單內容。
• 訂位用餐時段17:30 的賓客，將會有用餐時間限制至20:00。
• 餐點無提供素食、無海鮮、無蛋奶等客製化套餐。
• 如有忌口或食材過敏請註明於備註欄或最晚於用餐日三天前告知，我們將盡力為您調整套餐內容。請留意我們恕不接受任何臨時現場告知的忌口需求。
• 每人低消為「一份套餐 + 10%服務費」。如訂位人數臨時減少，則需額外單點酒水補足原先需達之總基本低消。
• 為確保每位來賓都能享用到最佳品質的餐點，餐點將於同行賓客皆入座後一同供應。
• 餐廳空間有限，恕不提供臨時加位服務。

取消及變更

• 訂位時間48小時以前取消，餐廳將不會收取任何費用。
• 於訂位48小時以內取消或改期，我們將收取全額訂金為臨時取消費。該餐費恕不退還或挪至下一次用餐使用。訂金將於您訂位時留下的信用卡中扣除，請留意由於本餐廳使用國外的訂位系統，海外交易手續費須自行承擔。
• 如需要更改人數，請提早來電或以email、Facebook、Instagram 提前詢問。
• 訂位僅保留10分鐘，若您未能準時抵達，請儘快透過email (info@mume.tw)或Facebook私訊告知。
• 無故未出席 / 未能聯繫上 / 超過最後出餐時間才抵達，將視同取消訂位。

私人包廂

• 私人包廂適用於訂位人數至少7位，12位為最上限。
• 訂位時間分為18:00/18:30/19:00，最晚須於19:30前入席且安排出餐，逾時我們將視此訂位為臨時取消。
• 包廂位於餐廳地下室 ，無電梯或窗戶。賓客中若有年老者或行動不便者請留意。
• 包廂可接待九歲以下孩童，但恕無提供兒童餐及兒童座椅。

開瓶費

• 葡萄酒、清酒等釀造酒(750ml)：NTD$1,000 / 瓶
• 香檳、氣泡、烈酒、及其他蒸餾酒(750ml)：NTD$1,500 / 瓶。

*任何酒類容量每增加500ml則另加收 NTD$1,000。

其他須知

• 所有消費將外加10%服務費。
• 僅接待超過9歲含9歲孩童用餐。凡出現任何攜帶9歲以下孩童之訂位，等同違反餐廳規定，訂位將視為無效。
• 本餐廳禁用外食、外帶飲料。
• 無提供打包及外帶服務。
• 不接受寵物入內。
• 若自行攜帶蛋糕，內用者將會另外酌收 NTD$ 500為清潔費。
• 任何場地佈置，且需要我們幫您後續處理，恕我們將酌收清潔費用NTD$ 1,500。

Dear friends of MUME, we would like to take this opportunity to share some of our policies below. Please take some time to read through carefully before proceeding.

【Reservation】

• Reservations are available online 30 days in advance, one day at a time.
• We only accept online reservations. We do not accept reservations by phone-calls, emails, Facebook or Instagram messages nor any social media comments.
• We can only accommodate tables of 1-6 guests on the 1st floor normal seating area. Private dining room is available for parties for more than 7 guests. Maximum capacity is 12 guests.
• Reservations request for parties of 13 and above, buyout or special events, please contact us via email at info@mume.tw or phone call for further details.
• Credit card details are required for guarantee upon reservation. It is for security reasons only and we will not charge your card in advance. (JCB card will not be accepted in our online booking system)

Menu & General Information

• We offer a seasonal tasting menu NTD$3,980 +10% per person. Water and other beverages are excluded.
• The dining time is about 2.5 hours. We suggest you reserve enough time for the best dining experience. If you need to adjust your dining duration, please inform us in advance.
• For the 17:30 reservation, the dining time will be limited to 20:00.
• Menu items and price are subject to change due to seasonality and product availability.
• To provide a true MUME experience, we are unable to accommodate Strict Vegan or No Seafood diets.
• Any dietary needs and restrictions please let us know on the booking comment or contact us at least 3 days in advance otherwise we cannot fulfill your request.
• Minimum charge per person is "menu price + 10% service charge”. If the final number of guests is less than originally reserved, alternatively you will need to order other beverages to meet the original minimum charge.
• Please note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute reservation number change due to limitation of the space.

Booking Changes & Cancellation Policy

• No penalty fee will be charged if the reservation is changed/canceled 48 hours prior to your dining time. Please Change or Cancel your reservation via the link in your confirmation email.
• Should you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival time or fail to show for the booking, a full amount of cancellation fee is applied and will be non-refundable.
• To change your party size, please make a call or email us in advance to make sure we can accommodate your request.
• All reservations will be secured for 10 minutes from the original reservation time. Please arrive at the scheduled time. If you will be late, please do inform us via Facebook, Instagram or email.
• Cancellation fee is applied and NON-REFUNDABLE for no-show / last minute changes of date / arrival after last order time. Extra surcharges might apply as we are using an overseas booking system.

Underground Private Dining Room

• Private dining room is available for parties of more than 7 guests. Maximum capacity is 12 guests.
• To make a reservation at our private dining room, only 18:00/18:30/19:00 is available. Please be fully seated no later than 19:30 or else the reservation shall be regarded as a last minute cancellation.
• Please note that there is no lift to the underground private dining room nor any windows. If there is any elderly or disable guest who needs assistance with going down/climbing stairs, we would recommend you to book with a smaller party size and be seated at the 1st floor.
• We can accommodate children under the age of 9 in the private dining room; however, please kindly understand that highchairs & kids meal/utensils are unavailable.

Corkage

• Wine, Sake (750ml): NTD$ 1,000/per bottle
• Champagne, Spirits, distilled liquor (750ml): NTD$1,500/per bottle

*Any alcohol of additional amount shall be charged NTD$1,000 per every additional 500ml.

Other Information

• All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
• We can only accommodate children of 9 years old or above.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• The restaurant does not provide packing and take-away services.
• No pets are allowed.
• There will be a cleaning fee of NTD$ 500 for bringing your own cake.
• Items such as decorations/balloons/glitters, etc., please kindly take them away with you, or a cleaning fee of NTD$ 1,500 is applied.
